Your role as Talent Acquisition Partner
Responsible for the delivery of outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience for all in-pub leadership roles.
Responsible for the delivery of end to end hiring process from initial role brief, through candidate application and selection.
Consult, advise and support our Pub Leadership Team & BDM’s on best practice, process knowledge and taking positive measures to ensure we drive inclusive, fair, and unbiassed recruitment process
Proactive sourcing across multiple channels I.e. LinkedIn projects, talent insights, CV databases
Become a trusted and valued expert for Hiring Managers, BDM’s & HRBP’s to understand recruitment trends within your geographical area, opportunities and pro-active talent management.
