Job Description

Your role as Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Responsible for the delivery of outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience for all in-pub leadership roles. 

  • Responsible for the delivery of end to end hiring process from initial role brief, through candidate application and selection. 

  • Consult, advise and support our Pub Leadership Team & BDM’s on best practice, process knowledge and taking positive measures to ensure we drive inclusive, fair, and unbiassed recruitment process 

  • Proactive sourcing across multiple channels I.e. LinkedIn projects, talent insights, CV databases 

  • Become a trusted and valued expert for Hiring Managers, BDM’s & HRBP’s to understand recruitment trends within your geographical area, opportunities and pro-active talent management. 

What you’ll bring… 

  • Strong Stakeholder Management experience both internally & externally
  • Experience of using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn & talent insights

  • Head-hunting – experience of generating and sourcing leads

  • Energetic and inclusive behaviour
