Job description

As a Tactical Merchandising Manager, you will bring our digital merchandising strategy to life through tactical campaign planning and activation across multiple digital channels. You’ll work cross-functionally to create engaging, optimised customer journeys that drive conversion, retention and commercial performance.

Qualifications

As Tactical Merchandising Manager, you will…

  • Develop and deliver tactical merchandising and trading plans aligned to wider campaign and marketing strategies
  • Activate merchandising strategy across digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless customer journeys
  • Drive personalisation and optimise content using customer data, engagement tools and performance insights
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance digital experiences across website, app, booking and engagement platforms
  • Partner with SEO, content and data teams to support conversion rate optimisation and improve digital performance

What you’ll bring…

  • Strong experience in digital merchandising, campaign planning or journey optimisation within a consumer-facing business
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into tactical execution across multiple digital touchpoints
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to improve customer experience and performance outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across marketing, product and digital teams
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and digital products such as websites, apps or booking journeys
