As a Shift Team Leader - Bottling you will supervise the shift teams that process, pack and despatch many of Greene King’s well loved products. Acting as the lead when on shift and ensuing the labour is deployed in the most effective way you’ll be key to supporting Greene King in upholding the safest methods of production whilst meeting all the KPIs for the wider operation. This role requires flexibility to working shifts.

Your role as a Bottling Shift Team Leader

• Responsible for the shift team overall operation of the end to end packaging plant with the primary measure of safety being adhered to
• Lead the continuous improvement journey to reduce waste and eradicate loss for the shift team
• Ensure the plant complies with all internal and external audit requirements
• Responsible for the teams achievement of the plants KPIs
• Oversee shift based safety, role model safety behaviour and ensure the shift team are fully engaged in safety improvements

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of good manufacturing processes including BRC adherence
• Experience in leading a production shift is preferred
• First Line Leader Qualification (apprentice or similar)
• IOSH and HACCP are preferable
