Job description
Responsible for the North Supply Chain from an operational perspective covering GXO and Greene King food and drink. Supporting Supply Chain Manager in leading the food, drink & GNFR Northern distribution contract which is open book, dedicated contract, where risk and liabilities mainly sit with GK. Role is to maximise service, control costs, challenge key areas, ensuring aligned to GK strategic plans/projects & culture.

Your role as senior Supply Chain Coordinator
Leads and manages end-to-end national delivery scheduling operations within supply chain, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination across all stakeholders.
Owns all day to day food, drink & GNFR query management from a Northern Supply Chain distribution perspective, analysing trends and issues to implement sustainable solutions with a pub first approach
Leads a number of key projects within the Northern Supply Chain ensuring delivered to plan and budget, whilst ensuring no impact to service.
Relationship management with the GXO food customer service team and the drinks Customer care team.
Responsible for peak activity ensuring key events such as Christmas are successfully planned and delivered from a Northern Supply Chain operational perspective (picked accurately and on time and delivered to pubs, plus all recycling collected as per the schedule).
Interfacing with Trade Channels to support growth and innovation.
What you’ll bring…
3 + years of supply chain experience and proven record of delivering complex projects within a fast paced environment
Experience ideally in a multi-temperature supply chain
