Job Description

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will:

  • Demonstrate exemplary culinary skills and oversee food preparation to ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and meet presentation guidelines.
  • Delegate responsibilities, lead and motivate the culinary team to provide guidance fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Execute menu items with precision, maintaining strict quality control measures throughout the kitchen to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
  • Show knowledge and implement control of controllable costs, suggesting innovative ideas to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising guests dining experiences.

 

What you’ll bring to the kitchen:

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showing true leadership under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work within a diverse team and communicate with guests.
  • Confidence in managing stock and order processes, ensuring cost control, and maintaining budgets.
  • Ability to effectively train, coach and develop teams to help them thrive and deliver exceptional customer service.
