Job description
As a Senior People Change Partner, you will lead, manage, and implement all change initiatives associated with the One HR Plan. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of all solutions across the organisation.
Can be based in Burton or Bury St Edmunds

As Senior People Change Partner, you will…
- Lead a team of change partners across the allocated function or division to deliver key change activity and ensure monitoring and tracking of user engagement to deliver key measures for the programmes.
- Partner and collaborate with all necessary stakeholders to define the change management strategy for the projects within the One HR Plan. Identify key change management activities, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful adoption.
- Partnering and collaborating with the People Experience team and stakeholders, create a comprehensive change management plan outlining the approach, internal communication strategies, training initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
- Through leadership of the Change Partners, identify and assess key stakeholders impacted by the programme, including all team members, line managers, HR, and other relevant departments.
- Through great relationship building and influence, develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to ensure active participation and buy-in throughout the change process.
- Take the lead in creating clear and compelling communications, including presentations, emails, newsletters, and training materials, to inform stakeholders about the benefits, progress, and impact of the HR One plan.
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience of delivering HR change, either as a Change Manager or in a similar role within HR, Operations, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced line manager, building high-performing teams and ability to deliver complex tasks through others.
