We are seeking a Reporting Advisor for our Pub Hub Function to work on a full time and permanent basis. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in our Burton on Trent office to support and improve issues submitted at pub level. This will be achieved through reporting, analysis, and insight via our PQS system and in pub experiences
As we expand and improve our support across the divisions this role will be key to its success, providing data and monitoring trends and supporting business change along side the wider Ops Excellence Team.

Job Description
In your role as Pub Hub Reporting Advisor you will ....
- Manage the extraction and manipulation of data from Greene King’s PQS Management System & Retail Extras Data. Investigate data and prepare detailed analysis, proposing solutions to resolve
- Work with all functions in driving first class service and resolutions via the PQS system, ensuring that all data and reports cascaded are complete and of the right quality. This will include supporting the wider Ops Excellence team where required
- Be an active member of the Pub Hub Team , covering annual leave / absence on all administrative roles within the team. Manage Pub Hub and Retail Extras inboxes when required
- Support ongoing projects within the Pub Hub & Ops Excellence Team with Data and analysis
What you’ll bring…
- Understand the strategy of the business and the role of Pub Hub in delivering it
- Ability to investigate and identifying anomalies within data and propose solutions to correct. Able to develop reporting which links Operational data from the PQS System
- A broad knowledge of Excel and internal Reporting including BI. Can work with large amounts of data and interpret results. Attention to detail and strong Excel skills will be required for this role as well as someone comfortable with stakeholder engagement and the ability to demonstrate IT competency
- Can work under pressure and is a great communicator
- A strong team player with excellent planning & organisation skills, adaptable and agile in your approach with a can do attitude.
