We are recruiting for a Cleaner for our beautiful, fully refurbished 10 Bedroom Hotel that is over looking the River Severn.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a part time basis of around 9-12 hours per week, but this can vary due to seasonal peaks.
Hours of work are 6:30am-9:30am on Weekdays and 7am-10am on Weekends.
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all areas of the pub are clean and tidy, including restrooms and communal spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the management team.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are used correctly and stored safely.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact courteously with clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required, including early mornings
