Job description
As Process Improvement Developer, you will…
- Design and implement solutions that optimise operational workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and automated processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What you’ll bring…
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform technologies, such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in training and supporting team members.

- Microsoft Certifications: Relevant certifications in Power Platform technologies, such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Six Sigma qualification preferred
- Computing Degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years proven experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Extensive experience in creating supportive data visualisations and dashboards with Power BI to enhance the applications usability and reporting ability
- Demonstrated expertise in automating workflows and processes using Power Automate
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and automated processes
- Experience in training and supporting team members
