Job description

As a Personalisation Lead (FTC), you will lead the development and optimisation of an audience strategy that drives customer engagement and loyalty. Working within our Digital Customer Engagement & Analytics team, you’ll turn data insights into actionable strategies that deliver relevance and conversion across Greene King’s brands.

Qualifications

Your role as Personalisation Lead…

  • Develop and execute a best-in-class audience strategy as part of our customer growth engine programme.
  • Translate customer behaviour insights into segmentation and personalisation frameworks that drive engagement.
  • Partner with CRM, data science, and digital product teams to deliver personalised omni-channel experiences.
  • Act as business lead for data transformation projects, ensuring data and technology enablement for customer engagement.
  • Optimise measurement frameworks to demonstrate value and inform next best actions.

What you’ll bring…

  • Proven experience in audience strategy, segmentation, and personalisation within a large-scale B2C/DTC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Treasure Data, Braze) and digital analytics (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ability to simplify complex data into compelling stories that influence decision-making.
  • Expertise in data governance, GDPR/PECR compliance, and managing large-scale data change projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
