Job description

As a People & Culture Lead, you will provide strategic partnering to our Leadership Group with a focus on developing and delivering the Cultural, Performance and Talent health within their Division and/or Function and work closely with the Leadership Group within their stakeholder group on a strategic level, working across multiple brands, formats and/or functions.

This is a field based role with regular travel required.

Qualifications

As People & Culture Lead, you will…

  • Understand the divisional and/or functional strategy and identify opportunities to increase alignment with the business strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes.
  • Utilise business, divisional and/or functional people and performance data and insight to innovate and identify strategic levers to enable delivery of the divisional/functional strategic plan and drive performance.
  • Build relationships with the Leadership Group to offer coaching and thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategy and execution enabling, to improve divisional and/or functional performance.
  • Challenge the status quo, disrupt and influence change and continuous improvement within their stakeholder group and within the wider People function, through innovation and challenge, for the greater good e.g. business, division and/or function.
  • Input into, challenge and influence People Plans across the Group, division and/or function to ensure they enable the delivery of the divisional and/or functional strategy and commercial plan, including processes to support continual improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, people insights, and emerging opportunities or risks, delivering appropriate strategies to safeguard and optimise business performance.
