Night Porter

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional service to guests during the night shift.

• Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs when required.

• Respond to guest requests promptly

• Carry out regular security and safety checks around the hotel.

• Ensure public areas remain clean and tidy throughout the night.

• Set up meeting rooms or breakfast areas for the following day.

• Monitor entrances and ensure only authorised access to the hotel.

• Handle guest enquiries and resolve minor issues during the night shift.

• Report maintenance issues or incidents to the duty manager.
