As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, hotel at night, Cleaning & function room set ups. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience. The Shift patterns (Business depending) will be 22:00pm till 08:00am

Job Description
As a Night Porter, you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
- You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
- In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
