As a Menu Process Executive you will deliver the food specification manuals and supporting materials in line with the Greene King menu process..

Job Description

Your role as Menu Process Executive

  • Production of all kitchen management systems and spec books, ensuring they are delivered in line with targets.
  • Working alongside the food development team to capture crockery and methodology details to ensure the accuracy of the specification books.
  • Liaise between food development, food operations & risk to send out and receive feedback and make the required changes.
  • Produce, categorise and organise the specification photography list and maintain the photo library
  • Manage the printing process
  • Respond to relevant Pub Query System enquiries.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure the crockery brand group is up to date

  • Ability to work as part of a team and able to demonstrate decision making for the benefit of the greater good. Values, listens, and respects others.
  • Able to apply well developed reasoning and commercial awareness when making decisions.  Always considers the offer through the customer lens.
  • Highly resilient and works with pace, focus and optimism to overcome obstacles and deliver against tight timelines using own initiative without specific instruction
  • Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across internal and external departments
  • IT literate, Microsoft Office experience an advantage.
  •  Attention to detail is essential.
