As a Meetings & Events Coordinator, your role is to process Function room bookings for Corporate Business and Social events, including bedroom bookings. Converting enquires into bookings, Maximising on revenue in order to achieve targets whilst maintaining a high level of customer service both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries, ensuring all interactions maximise revenue opportunities.
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including following up on contracts and confirmations with clients.
- Manage venue directories and online agents, handling enquiries and bookings effectively.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets, including conducting Hotel visits as required.
- Ensure all bookings contain accurate and relevant information, with clear handovers to the hotel team.
- Process payments and generate pro-forma invoices with a high level of accuracy.
- Valid driving licence for hotel visits
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
