As a Laboratory Technician you will ensure quality control at all stages of beer production. Whether you’re conducting quality surveys or carrying out calibration checks on laboratory instruments, you will play a key role supporting Greene King uphold their values.

Job Description
Your role as a Laboratory Technician
Actively promote a high level of adherence to quality specifications
Ensure all instruments used are calibrated and fit for purpose
Sample and analyse for physical and chemical and for microbiological parameters in line with agreed schedules
Ensure efficient qc cover by adherence to shift, weekend and bank holiday rotas and complying with department and company rules for annual holiday
Prepare, set up and assist with tasting sessions and sensory training
