The Goat Tavern is a truly beautiful pub in a beautiful location. The oldest pub in Kensington! This site is a stone’s throw away from Hyde Park and meters away from the infamous Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace bringing in a wide array of guests. With many of our patrons coming in for a bite to eat after a long walk in the royal park - we are in need of a Kitchen Manager to help lead a fantastic Team.
We have a brilliant opportunity for a KM or kitchen Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. This site manages a high volume of food, so plenty to do! You will be joining a fabulous team in a traditional site in the absolute heart of London!
As a Kitchen Manager, you will…
Take the reins in the kitchen, whether you are making decisions or coming up with fresh ways to help the team run better together.
Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
Recognise and lead the team as a whole, understanding how to maximise their potential.
Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help to guarantee the care of your entire team and visitors.
