Inventory Controller

As an Inventory Controller you will responsible for contacting customers on a daily basis to advise on stock exceptions as well as working as part of the Supply Chain Team to manage the stock replenishment process for all wet products (beer, packaged, wines, spirits & minerals).

In addition, you will be helping ensure stock availability throughout the supply chain to meet customer demand, delivering a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers.

Your role as Inventory Controller

• Build relationships with both internal & external customers.
• Raise purchase orders for replenishment stocks into distribution network
• Process transfer orders between GK depots and 3rd Party sites.
• Log shortages by customer onto the CRM System.
• Maintain and develop a high level of Customer Service both internally and externally.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered within the required time.
• Assist the wider Supply Chain Team with all processes pertaining to stock availability.

• Good understanding of Office 365.
