Job description

As an Insight Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping Greene King's customer experience strategy and driving improvements across our venues. You will lead and manage customer experience programs, ensuring we capture, understand, and act on customer feedback to enhance our services.

Qualifications

As Insight Lead, you will…

  • Lead, develop and manage the Customer Experience programs for Greene King, capturing and understanding the voice of the customer, as well as ensuring optimal supplier partnerships, metrics, and insight generation.
  • Lead and develop a team to drive and support Greene King in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Drive internal connectivity of customer feedback systems and core Greene King systems to embed and utilize customer feedback.
  • Lead strategic reviews of customer feedback platforms, partners, programs, and metrics, recommending optimal solutions.

What you’ll bring…

  • Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical capability.
  • Extensive experience in running customer experience programs and delivering insights.
  • Strong understanding of data protection, GDPR, and data management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to build strong working relationships and a passion for understanding customers.
