As an Insight Analyst - Customer Experience you will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of customer feedback including reviews, complaints and surveys. You will work closely with Operations and Brand / Marketing Teams to help identify pain points in the customer experience. You will be the catalyst for change and improvements in the Customer Experience in Greene King's portfolio of pubs and restaurants.

Your role as Insight Analyst - Customer Experience
Gather, combine and analyse data from various sources, including Surveys, Reviews, Complaints and sales data
Interpret, visualise and communicate data to draw meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate the effect of actions taken.
Administer and evolve data gathering tools such as Reputation and Qualtrics.
What you’ll bring…
You are analytical and insight-driven and have a strong interest in customer experience and how that impacts brand and future business value.
You are driven by turning insights into actions and are proficient in using data and visualisations to perform your analysis and reporting.
Data will interest and excite you and you'll be proficient in reporting tools and data manipulation.
You will be curious in nature and a problem solver, with a willingness to leave no stone unturned to identify the root cause of a problem.
You will have the ability to translate insights into action and support cross-functional teams in decision making with the ability to drive recommendations through to key stakeholders.
