 The HR Systems Administrator will provide the business with timely support for any system queries, if you love customer service, this is a great opportunity for you.

Job Description

Your role as HR Systems Administrator

  • Being the first point of contact for colleagues with systems issues or queries

  • Taking ownership of problems through to resolution 

  • Reacting positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand

 

What you’ll bring… 

  • An ability to build relationships and communicate effectively 

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience in hospitality or service support

  • An ability to prioritise workload

  • Accurate data-input and administrative skills
