Company Description

As a HR Reporting Analyst you'll be the ‘go to’ for all things HR Reporting related, across multiple people systems and for the full employee lifecycle. You'll own the HR reporting roadmap and gather the requirements from HR – design, build and launch actionable reports with a view to either handing over to individual teams for running once built or to own the reporting schedule as agreed. You'll also offer training and signposting for existing reports across HR.

Job Description

Your role as HR Reporting Analyst

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data. Perform data validation checks, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data quality standards.
  • Support people projects, delivering ad-hoc data and reporting as required
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on existing reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of reporting requirements.
  • Utilise data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in HR data, providing meaningful insights to HR leadership and business partners to support strategic decision-making.
  • Regularly review and update existing reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and adherence to changing business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to access and utilise reports and dashboards effectively.
  • Be the main point of contact for the wider HR team on all things HR reporting related, gather requirements, prioritise, design, test and then launch reporting for HR function (working with IT and the BI team where appropriate)

What you'll bring

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite is a must, overall a good general IT understanding
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
