As a HR PMO Manager you'll be working as part of the HR team, this role will ensure that all project scoping, delivery, and coordination support is delivered to a high standard, providing clear reporting and metrics to support the HRLT team in delivering the overall plan. Supporting the wider HR teams this role is critical in unlocking our ability to use data, measures, and project discipline to drive organisation change and deliver our plan.

Job Description

Your role as HR PMO Manager

  • Responsible for project planning roadmap/deliverables including business readiness, ATC planning & submission, stakeholder mapping, budget tracking, comms & change, training, etc. - for agreed projects.
  • Supports with demand management and resource planning against projects for HR, providing the Project Leads with visibility of overall plans and capturing any risks on capacity or capability for successful project delivery.
  • Leading the stage and gate process for core projects and escalating to the HRLT where projects are not meeting set criteria, or falling behind.
  • Act as SME for the wider HR team to train, support, and provide templates for projects management in functional areas.
  • Business Partnering to support on skills, capability, or resource requirements in project management / PMO activity.
