HR Administrator

This is a  Fixed Term Contract ending 1st July 2025 - Part time position 4 days a week

4 days a week, 9am to 5.15pm - (28 hrs)

Your role as part time HR Administrator will be supporting the Pub Co HR Support Team with general HR enquiries from our managed pub estate on a fixed term contract duration.

In your role as HR Administrator you will....

• Work as a key part of the HR Services team with the aim of continually improving communication with the business and harmonisation of processes
• Be responsible for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc), with associated paperwork in line with published Service Level Agreement’s (SLA)
• Provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA’s
• General correspondence and administration
