Your role as part time HR Administrator will be supporting the Pub Co HR Support Team with general HR enquiries from our managed pub estate on a fixed term contract duration.

Job Description
In your role as HR Administrator you will....
- Work as a key part of the HR Services team with the aim of continually improving communication with the business and harmonisation of processes
- Be responsible for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc), with associated paperwork in line with published Service Level Agreement’s (SLA)
- Provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA’s
- General correspondence and administration
