Housekeeper

Job Purpose

To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar, restaurant, and hotel, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, bar, restaurant, and back-of-house spaces
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
• Clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings to company standards
• Ensure bar and restaurant areas are clean, presentable, and ready for service
• Restock housekeeping supplies and report low stock levels
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns promptly
• Follow all health & safety, COSHH, and hygiene regulations
• Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (training can be provided)
• High attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Reliable, honest, and flexible with working hours
