We are opening our first single largest investment hotel which will be a flagship for our evolving brand, and we have a rare opportunity for a seasoned Hotel General Manager to join us and be part of creating our new future in a stunning South Coast seafront location, only a stone’s throw from Brighton.
We are creating our new boutique hotel brand that does things differently: inviting our guests to explore the surrounding neighbourhood, discovering the stories of its people, savouring its food and flavours and taking in every delightful detail.

Job Description
Acting as the ambassador for our core values, you will represent the spirit of our brand, lead from the front and guide your team to provide the best customer experience. You’ll also act as the bridge between the hotel and the local community, creating great relationships and position the hotel in the heart of the local community.
Your passion for hospitality comes through an engaged positive team that create memorable experiences that will bring our brand to life and our customers will love. As an entrepreneur business leader, you’ll take full ownership of developing a strong and successful hotel operation that deliver on KPIs.
