As the Head of Central Project Delivery, you will shape and drive Greene King’s central delivery roadmap, ensuring our biggest strategic projects land successfully across the business. You’ll turn strategy into action by leading cross-functional teams, building maturity in how we deliver change, and keeping our customer-first approach at the heart of every project.

As Head of Central Project Delivery, you will…
- Shape, prioritise and manage the central delivery portfolio, ensuring projects align with Greene King’s long-term strategy.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to keep key stakeholders engaged and connected throughout complex project lifecycles.
- Embed effective change management practices so strategic projects transition smoothly into business-as-usual.
- Establish and manage portfolio governance, enabling confident and informed decision-making.
- Bring clarity, structure and engaging communication that helps the wider business understand the journey and the benefits.
- Continuously evaluate performance across programmes to improve efficiency, alignment and delivery outcomes.
What you’ll bring…
- Strong leadership experience in portfolio, programme or project delivery, with the ability to motivate teams through change.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to engage at Executive Board level.
- A pragmatic, positive and solutions-focused mindset, with the resilience to navigate complex and evolving priorities.
- Expertise in shaping operating models, governance, business analysis or strategic planning in large organisations.
- A growth mindset with the ability to inspire others, foster collaboration and continually improve project delivery approaches.
