As Assistant Manager, you will help our customers check in on arrival and support in resolving any issues they may have during their stay. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Job Description

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...  

  • Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.   
  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
  • Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
  • Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
  • Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers  
  • Act as a role model for the team support with training and development  
  • Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times
