We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join us and be a key part of the decision making in our stunning seafront location, only a stone’s throw from Brighton.

Job Description
What you’ll do as a Food and Beverage Manager…
- Organise daily operations for beverage across the Hotel, ensuring excellence in brand standards whilst collaborating with the Kitchen Team to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Training coaching and developing the team to deliver the guest and brand promises
- Recruit, train and manage a high performing food and beverage team, providing ongoing coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor guest feedback and address issues by implementing effective systems to measure and improve guest satisfaction levels.
- Manage revenue forecasts, cost controls and financial performance whilst identifying and implementing strategies for revenue growth to achieve financial targets.
What you’ll bring….
- You understand and role model exceptional service, consistently to the highest standards.
- Being customer centric, leading from the front, creating exceptional experiences and being the host to this fantastic new hotel
- Demonstrate leadership and commercial expertise, with the ability to step in during the absence of the General Manager.
- Excel in managing both food and beverage teams and all areas of front-of-house, prioritising a guest-first approach.
- Proficient in managing stock, order processes, cost control, and budget planning.
- Effective in training, coaching, and developing successful teams and a proven track record of leading highly engaged teams.
- Passionate about Hotels and Restaurants, with extensive experience as a food and beverage manager, particularly in premium leisure and hospitality venues.
