We have now opened our first Everly hotel, the flagship of our new brand. What a start its been and we are already receiving rave reviews! We are creating our new distinct hotel brand that does things differently: inviting our guests to explore the surrounding neighbourhood, discovering the stories of its people, savouring its food and flavours and taking in every delightful detail.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join us and be a key part of the decision making in our stunning seafront location, only a stone’s throw from Brighton.

Job Description

What you’ll do as a Food and Beverage Manager…

  • Organise daily operations for beverage across the Hotel, ensuring excellence in brand standards whilst collaborating with the Kitchen Team to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Training coaching and developing the team to deliver the guest and brand promises
  • Recruit, train and manage a high performing food and beverage team, providing ongoing coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor guest feedback and address issues by implementing effective systems to measure and improve guest satisfaction levels.
  • Manage revenue forecasts, cost controls and financial performance whilst identifying and implementing strategies for revenue growth to achieve financial targets.

What you’ll bring….

  • You understand and role model exceptional service, consistently to the highest standards.
  • Being customer centric, leading from the front, creating exceptional experiences and being the host to this fantastic new hotel
  • Demonstrate leadership and commercial expertise, with the ability to step in during the absence of the General Manager.
  • Excel in managing both food and beverage teams and all areas of front-of-house, prioritising a guest-first approach.
  • Proficient in managing stock, order processes, cost control, and budget planning.
  • Effective in training, coaching, and developing successful teams and a proven track record of leading highly engaged teams.
  • Passionate about Hotels and Restaurants, with extensive experience as a food and beverage manager, particularly in premium leisure and hospitality venues.
