Finance Administrator

Your role as a Finance Administrator

• Deal with invoice matching variances in a timely manner, as defined within the service partnership agreement
• Provide a seamless service to General Managers who require credits or stock adjustments
• Providing a high level of customer service through our Pub Query System
• Create a culture of challenge around variances encountered and always strive to eradicate root causes
• Establish if and where a process has failed and take the necessary steps to prevent future issues and be comfortable recommending process changes where required
• Be the first port of call to assist 1,700 pubs with delivery or stock queries
• Day to day reporting tasks and ad hoc as requested

• Some proficiency in IT programmes such as Excel & Outlook
• Ability to analyse data and present proposals in a succinct and coherent format
