We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings. If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food outlet, this position of Team Leader may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.

Tail O'The Bank is open from 11am Monday-Thursday and 9am Friday - Sunday for breakfast, serving food until 9pm and drinks until late - therefore extensive availability is required to meet the business needs.

Role is hourly paid, every 4 weeks.

2 x Part-Time/1 x Full-Time Position available

Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the General Manager, Kitchen Manager and Assistant Managers in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
