Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings. If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food outlet, this position of Team Leader may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.
Hungry Horse is all about great customer service, great value and great people. So, if you are an experienced hospitality professional from restaurants or pubs, you will understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a fantastic team.
Tail O'The Bank is open from 11am Monday-Thursday and 9am Friday - Sunday for breakfast, serving food until 9pm and drinks until late - therefore extensive availability is required to meet the business needs.
Role is hourly paid, every 4 weeks.
2 x Part-Time/1 x Full-Time Position available
Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the General Manager, Kitchen Manager and Assistant Managers in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
You will need fantastic people and social skills, previous team management experience and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience every time. If you think you have what it takes we’d love to hear from you!
