Qualifications
As Engineering Manager (Core), you will…
- Lead the development of cloud-first integration and data platforms using modern engineering standards
- Collaborate across Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to align solutions with business goals
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices with a security-first approach
- Create and govern engineering principles, ensuring consistency across internal and partner teams
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience in software engineering leadership, including cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS)
- Strong technical skills in .NET, Azure Data Factory, JSON, XML, and data warehousing
- Ability to coach and mentor teams, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and engineering metrics (DORA)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
