Leading a team of ER case managers to enable a positive work place culture by managing an ER case load that provides day-to-day ER guidance to Greene King teams covering all areas of the employee lifecycle including performance, discipline, Grievance, absence, ET/EC, Redundancy & TUPE. Play a key part in shaping, influencing, embedding & delivery of the ER strategy though partnering divisional & corporate teams - Empowering our teams to do the right thing.

Your role as Employee Relations Partner

• Work in partnership with business stakeholders to provide strong professional HR advice aligned to UK employment law and support strategic HR decisions at all levels.
• Analyse people metrics in your area to make recommendations to business partners and interventions with HRBPs to address issues identified
• Review cases to understand learnings and share with the wider team.
• Enhance ER capability  in line managers through knowledge building, coaching and the development of effective tools & guidelines.
