Drinks Category Assistant

As a Drinks Category Assistant this role is an integral part of the Drinks Development Team, ensuring the smooth running of the drinks categories throughout the Group. Supporting the Category Managers, you will have great attention to detail and display a methodical approach to all tasks, The role will require you to work cross-functionally across Greene King Business Units including Central Database, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, as well as with external drink suppliers.  It is a hybrid working position (50% from our Burton on Trent offices and 50% of the week working from home).

Your role as Drinks Category Assistant:

• Implementation of price changes from suppliers of all drinks across the group
• Maintenance of accurate price data on Aurora and standard costing systems
• Processing of invoice queries and credit claims from suppliers, in conjunction with Finance
• Ownership of critical path for new menu launches and seasonal activity, liaising with Managed Marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate go live
• Responsible for Pub Query Support (PQS) system & timely response to support drink related issues arising at pub level
