This role plays a critical part in delivering Greene King’s Digital ambitions through the planning, management and execution of changes to key Digital products. You will have a strong background in Delivery Management based on modern digital technologies and industry best practice.

This role is manager ( M2 career band)
In your role as Digital Delivery Manager you will ...
Create, manage and ensure the successful implementation of the delivery road maps for a number of key Digital Products
Manage the delivery of new features across a number of key Digital Products. Ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are identified and effectively managed
Identify and manage project & Continual Improvement (CI) scope, objectives, & critical success factors
Track and report progress to stakeholders with a focus on burn down of budget, resources, schedule, and scope
Working with the Senior Digital Delivery Manager, identify effective ways of working to drive overall delivery and continuous improvement of processes and performance
Working with the Product Owner and Product Manager, refine and prioritise and schedule backlog items (Epics, Features etc).
What you'll bring..
Significant delivery experience and widespread understanding across a broad range of IT digital technologies including Mobile Apps, Websites, Customer Data Platforms, APIs and Microservices
Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Agile in an enterprise environment (e.g. SAFe framework) as well as the application of hybrid approaches
A demonstrable passion and drive for technology modernisation, delivery, and best practice, with the ability to find pragmatic and effective digital technology solutions to business problems
Experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams including remote/offsite and external resources through the full project delivery lifecycle
Strong influencing and networking skills, able to communicate technology vision to a wide audience, both business and IT
Logical, analytical approach to problem solving, the ability to maintain progress when there is ambiguity and effectively prioritise tasks in a high pressure environment
