Customer Relations Advisor

**please note that this is a 6 month FTC**

Your role as Customer Relations Advisor

• To be able to handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary 

• Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records

• Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and to be aware of the data protection legislation

As a Customer Relations Advisor you will deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment, efficiently handling and resolving enquiries and complaints via a variety of platforms, including telephone, web, chat, email and social media forums.
