**3 month FTC **

**Please note that this is a FTC contract covering our busy period from July to September, we are looking for people who are available to join the business at the beginning of July**

Your role as Guest Relations Advisor

  • Putting the customer first, identifying the best resolution in line with the business

  • Composing thoughtful, personalised written responses to guest enquiries and complaints

  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with internal and external customers and colleagues

As a Guest Relations Advisor, working in our beautiful Burton on Trent office on a 3 month fixed term contract, you will be the first point of contact for our pub and restaurant customers, delivering a first-class service, managing large amounts of telephone calls, emails and enquiries through social media.  Working closely with the rest of the team, you have the potential to influence how our customers see Greene King.
