Job Description

Your role as CRM Finance Lead

  • The project aims to institute best practice processes across sales, finance, marketing, QUADS, and planning to deliver the best outcomes. This involves enabling these processes with intuitive, fast, and integrated systems.

  • The Modular CRM Finance Lead must be able to identify & understand the current On Trade sales process and how this map to financial insights and impacts. As part of the project team the Finance lead needs to drive efficiencies in these finance process to ensure B&B are maximising the benefits from the new CRM solution.

  • The Modular CRM Finance Lead must ensure that the solutions provided will fulfil the business benefits identified in the business case. These benefits are all finance-adjacent, emphasising the need for finance expertise. The Modular CRM Finance Lead should also help ensure the best use of data in a way that allows for easier insight extraction as well as providing day-to-day reporting for system users. This transformation project must ensure that the right functional and behavioural capabilities are identified and developed within the affected teams.

  • The Modular CRM Finance Lead will work alongside a small Brewing and Brands team as well as a broader project structure within the IT community. The key elements of the project will be identifying in detail the business requirements & ensure they will support delivery of our strategic objectives, vendor (both system and implementation partner selection, detailed blueprint build, testing, roll out, training, embedding and benefits achievement. The Modular CRM Finance Lead will ensure that all involved remain focused on achievement of our key project financial objectives.

  • It will be critical to effectively manage stakeholders throughout the project, including the B&B LT and SMT, key IT resources, external partners and the broader B&B community. Specifically this person must ensure that leaders are prepared for the changes that they need to lead as well as communicating with end users to keep them abreast of progress.
