Job description

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen with precision and care. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to create high-quality dishes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about seasonal cooking.

Qualifications

As a Chef, you will…

  • Prepare and execute dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients to the highest standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What you’ll bring to the kitchen:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with seasonal-focused menus

  • A passion for fresh, local ingredients and sustainable cooking practices

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
