As a chef you'll play a key role in the core of our offer - serving great quality fresh food.

We're looking for people passionate about food and who genuinely care about what they deliver and the guest experience. This position is part time, up to 25 hours a week, and is a fixed term contract until the end of January 2025.

Depending on your impact in the kitchen and the business position, there is potential for the contract to be extended or moved to permanent. 

We're proud to use fresh ingredients, to have incredibly high standards for quality and hygiene, and to be one of the best gastro pubs in the city - and we're looking for chefs to join our team in continuing this and helping to further elevate our quality and standards.

You'll be a team player, a hard worker, not afraid of some graft, but also fun and energetic. We expect hard work but we also encourage our team to enjoy their environment, to get stuck in with the banter and help create an inclusive and engaging work place culture.

Our Chefs do everything from preparing and running their sections, through to thorough clean downs and handovers, detailed prep handovers and ordering info, planning ahead throughout the day and being involved in both general service in the pub and helping to execute private dining, corporate and wedding events too.
