As a Central Reservations Representative you will convert hotel bedroom booking enquiries into bookings, ensuring guests and the hotel are fully informed of the booking details. Working as part of a team, this role will ensure high standards of customer service to help the team meet reservation targets.
This role is based in our Bury St Edmunds office (2 days per week from home) and works 36.25 hours (5 days) across Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm including every other Saturday 9am to 5pm. This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis until the end of 2024.

Job Description
Your role as Central Reservations Representative
- Making Hotel Bookings and maximising revenue to achieve targets set
- Supporting the Meetings & Events team by taking enquiries
- Responding to enquiries in the Central Reservations mailbox
- Updating Venue Option bookings
- Hotel Support with Hotel closures and re-locating Guests
