Job Description
Your role as a Cellar Service Team Member
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.45pm (with occasional rostered out of hours shift cover), this role offers the flexibility for hybrid working (50%).
Provide technical guidance for beer dispensing equipment faults, empowering customers with self-help solutions.
Exceed department-defined targets through dedicated efforts whilst creating outstanding service experience for customers.
Expand your knowledge of beer dispensing equipment and efficiently allocate reactive maintenance tasks for Greene King technicians.
Build robust inter-departmental and Greene King-wide connections whilst enhancing teamwork.
