As a Chef de Partie you will:

• Communicate with all the team and develop great working relationships with all team members
• Take responsibility for ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, making sure food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are in place
• Be responsible for working a section in the kitchen and maintaining high standards in preparation and serving of food

What you’ll bring to the kitchen:

• Previous experience in fresh food catering
• An understanding of basic cooking techniques and terminology
