Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be required to deliver the IT business analysis activity required across various initiatives to ensure every Greene King IT project is successfully delivered. This includes working closely with the business in defining requirements and helping identify, design and implement new processes and solutions to meet the project objectives.

In your role as an IT Business Analyst you will...

• Execute all business analysis activity as per our predominantly Waterfall methodology for a varied set of projects and continuous improvement streams.
• Experience of working in tandem  with Architecture, Development and Test teams to ensure that business requirements are delivered successfully within the chosen solution
• Bring experience of working with enterprise business systems and their associated business processes including leading CRM, ERP, HR & Payroll systems.
• Work as a core member of the project team to plan the business change and aid the successful implementation of new business process.
• Work with multiple third-party vendors to deliver world class solutions.

What you’ll bring… 

• Experience of undertaking IT business analysis activity in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands; often needing to deliver multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to clearly articulate concepts and ideas (whether verbal or written), challenge effectively and manage expectations.
• Proven experience of third-party vendor/solution selection.
• Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, tenacity, drive, initiative, and creativity
• Ability to view projects through a lens which is wider than just that of a Business Analyst in order to be able to support project delivery

Qualified in/or studying towards relevant qualifications for role or equivalent including BCS Business Analysis modules and overall qualification:

• BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice
• BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering
• BCS Certificate in Modelling Business Processes
