Job description
As the brand manager of a family favourite national hospitality brand, you will shape and deliver brand strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive growth within your brand

Your role as Brand Manager
- Develop and maintain a 3–5 year brand plan informed by insights and strategic goals
- Create and prioritise an 18-month roadmap of brand initiatives to boost engagement
- Partner with marketing teams to design integrated campaign calendars aligned with objectives
- Oversee brand guidelines and visual identity across all channels
- Build and manage long-term partnerships that strengthen brand reputation
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience in brand management or brand marketing
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of customer journey optimisation and campaign development
- A creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail
