As one of our Front of House staff, you will…

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and a positive experience each and every time they visit
• Be knowledgeable about our products, comfortably offering recommendations to customers
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us
• Ensure that we look our best at all times, promptly clearing glasses and plates, regularly checking our outdoor tables, well-presented uniforms, to name just a few examples
• Make sure the business is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
