We are in need of some talented individuals to join our front of house bar team on a part time basis working Weekends at the Anchor.
As part of our award-winning Anchor Pub Team, your role will be supporting in leading a warm welcoming pub that is always lively, fun, and a team with a genuine desire to please the customer. Working with passionate and energetic people, you will have a genuine interest in the local community.

About The Role
Working front of house, you will be passionate about hospitality, welcoming to our guests and you can even get involved in innovating ways to become the pub of choice for every occasion.
About You
You don’t need to have experience (though it can help) as we’ll teach you everything you need… All you need is a warm and friendly personality, willingness to learn and a genuine love for what you do.

Job Description
As a member of our Bar Staff, you will…
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations
- Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
