As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…

• Deliver warm, friendly and memorable service to every customer, every time they visit.
• Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure they have everything they need throughout their visit.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while making recommendations and answering menu and drinks queries.
• Keep the restaurant and bar areas clean, safe and well-presented, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
• Confidently work both on the floor and behind the bar, preparing and serving drinks to specification.
