Assistant Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the daily bar operations across multiple venues on-site

• Leading and motivating a large team of bartenders, supervisors, and floor staff

• Driving high standards in service, cleanliness, and compliance

• Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory systems

• Ensuring all bars meet licensing, health & safety, and company standards

• Creating rotas, managing budgets, and analysing performance metrics

• Working closely with senior management to shape promotions, events, and seasonal offerings

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced, multi-bar or multi-venue environment

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and retain great teams

• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink trends

• Proven experience with stock management, ordering systems, and cost controls

• Confident in managing high-pressure service periods and resolving issues on the fly

• Great communication skills and a can-do, hands-on attitude

• Personal Licence holder is a bonus
