Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Bristol, United Kingdom. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards across all aspects of our organisation.

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations and lead the team in their absence
  • Bring our brand to life by inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Act as a role model for the team, providing training, mentorship, and support for their professional development
  • Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving efficiency and achieving business goals
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to enhance operations
  • Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and budgeting processes
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to streamline operations
  • Organise and participate in team meetings, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a related industry
